Astuces  d’utilisation: 

• A consommer sous forme de thé
• Mettez un sachet dans deux litres d’eau chaque matin et y ajouter le jus de 3 citrons + une cuillère à café de clou de girofle en poudre .
• Vous buvez le tout en un jour toujours à chaud .
• 1 -Manger équilibré.
• 2-Manger en quantité réduite, privilégiez les fruits et légumes.

Mode D’utilisation

COMMENT GERER LES EFFETS INDÉSIRABLES DE PURAÏ HERB TEA 

• -En cas de mal au ventre (coliques) , buvez beaucoup d’eau. Si ça persiste après quelques jours, diminuez la dose du thé et buvez 1/2 sachet par jour au lieu d’un sachet par jour mais le résultat escompté sera visible un peu plus lentement.
•  Si l’effet laxatif (diarrhée) ne vous laisse pas vaquer normalement à vos occupations en journée, buvez un litre le matin et un litre le soir (l’effet laxatif va s’arrêter à 9h maxi et reprendre le soir à votre retour).
•  Attention. Ce thé est un aphrodisiaque et facilite la fécondation mm si vous avez utilisé les pillulles contraceptives. Donc faites attention pendant votre période féconde si vous ne voulez pas concevoir
