• Apport: Une tisane ciblée pour le confort intestinal. 
• Rôle: utilisée pour gérer les hémorroïdes internes et externes. 
• Composition: Fougère, neem, manguier
• Le carton compte dix paquets de tisane mathys et chaque paquet compte deux infusettes. 
• Une infusette le matin (à jeûn) et l’autre le soir au coucher.
• Faire bouillir de l’eau pendant 10 minutes puis versez là dans une tasse et ajoutez votre infusette. 
• Laissez infuser pendant quelques minutes et buvez.
• L’infusette utilisée le matin peut être mise dans une bouteille d’eau que vous consommerez au courant de la journée
• Durant le premier mois, on consomme la tisane détox (3 paquets) et juste après l’on engage avec la tisane thérapeutique.
