• Apport : Une tisane traditionnellement associée au soutien de l’équilibre glycémique. 
• Rôle : Utilisée pour accompagner les personnes diabétiques à la guérison (pour les nouveaux patients) et la stabilisation (pour les vieux malades 
• Composition: Kinkeliba, laurier, neem
• Le carton compte dix paquets de tisane mathys et chaque paquet compte deux infusettes. 
• Une infusette le matin (à jeûn) et l’autre le soir au coucher.
• Faire bouillir de l’eau pendant 10 minutes puis versez là dans une tasse et ajoutez votre infusette. 
• Laissez infuser pendant quelques minutes et buvez.
• L’infusette utilisée le matin peut être mise dans une bouteille d’eau que vous consommerez au courant de la journée
• Durant le premier mois, on consomme la tisane détox (3 paquets) et juste après l’on engage avec la tisane thérapeutique.
