Madon offers you the possibility to return your purchases. Digital products and promotional items are not eligible for returns. 
How to return an item  
  1. Initiate a return by clicking here and go to ORDERS then click on the order of the item(s) you wish to return 
  2. Select the number of items you wish to return, the reason of the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product 
  3. Select your preferred refund method 
  4. Choose your ideal return process : Return the item yourself to one of our eligible drop-off stations 
  5. Check your information and submit your return request 
Orders on the MADON Marketplace   
Every order placed on MADON is fully protected. This means that you are 100% covered in the event of a problem. Please contact our customer service for questions or problems regarding your order. 
Adjustment or cancellation of your order before shipment
 If you need to change your order, you should contact the seller as soon as possible after placing the order to try to have it adjusted or cancelled before the order is shipped. Generally, there is at least 2 hours after submitting the order to try to adjust some items or cancel your entire order. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach the seller before the order is shipped.
Refunds for sealed products delivered
 If you wish to return sealed goods after receiving them, for any reason, simply contact the seller within 14 days of receipt. Once you have received the return agreement, return the goods in the same condition in which they were sent, and the seller will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on the part of the seller, the seller is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return problem with a seller
 You can shop on MADON and be protected against any problems when your order has not arrived or does not conform to its description. If, during your communication with the seller, you would like MADON to participate in the resolution of the problem, you have the possibility to send a report to our team for review. This will help us to ensure that we provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. MADON Customer Service has the final say on all refunds and exchanges.
