How to buy?

1. Select items
Use the search bar or catalogue filters to select items. Then add them to your cart.

2. Complete your order
Click “confirm my order,” choose your preferred payment and delivery method, and finalize your order. Once payment is made, you will receive a payment confirmation.

3. Order preparation for delivery or pickup
Our customer service team will prepare your order and contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup or delivery.

Delivery and Tracking

Depending on the chosen delivery method, you can receive your parcel at home or at the nearest pickup point. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time may vary from 48 hours to a few days depending on the product type, customer availability, and destination. The status of orders and all stages of parcel delivery can be tracked through the dashboard.

Returns and Refunds

Note: Please consider the return deadline of 7 days after receipt. Digital products and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

How to return an item?

1. Click on your dashboard to access your orders, then select the item you wish to return.
2. Select the reason for return.
3. Choose the refund method and submit your return request.
4. Then return the item to one of our drop-off points.
5. We will receive confirmation that the item has been deposited.
6. Upon receipt of the item, we will proceed with the refund..
